HOG ROAST

Succulent

slow cooked hog roast with stuffing and crackling in fresh rolls.

Served with warm buttered new potatoes and a selection of salads - green

leaf, tomato & mozzarella, homemade coleslaw and spicy vegetable

cous cous. An array of condiments - Apple sauce, real ale chutney,

chilli jam, sticky bbq and wholegrain mustard.

BBQ

Gourmet

beef burgers, lincolnshire sausages, sticky chicken wings and corn on

the cob cooked on a flamegrilled BBQ. Served with rustic breads and a

selection of salads-shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, potato salad and

homemade slaw. An array of condiments-Ketchup, brown sauce, mustard,

mayonnaise, sweetcorn relish and tomato and onion chutneys.

TRADITIONAL ROAST

Choice

of roast meat with yorkshire pudding. Served with roast potatoes,

stuffing and a selection of vegetables - carrots, broccoli, cauliflower

cheese, red cabbage and parsnips. An array of condiments - gravy,

horseradish, apple sauce, cranberry sauce, mint sauce and mustard.

AFTERNOON TEA

 A selection of finger sandwiches - ham & mustard, egg & cress,

cheese & pickle and tuna & cucumber. Spinach, feta and red

pepper quiche. Fruit scone accompanied by strawberry jam and clotted

cream. Selection of sweet treats. Tea and coffee. Served on beautiful

vintage china. (With this option Jam Jar Desserts are not included.)

BIG PAN

A giant ‘pan’ filled with a meal of your choice. (pick one option)

Mexican Chilli - minced beef cooked with onions, peppers and kidney

beans in a classic chilli con carne sauce. Accompanied by fluffy white

rice, tortilla chips, cheese, soured cream and chives.

Indian Curry - Succulent chicken breast cooked in a korma or tikka

masala sauce. Accompanied by basmati rice, poppadoms, naan bread, onion

chutney, mango chutney and mint raita.

Chinese Sweet & Sour - Shredded pork in a sweet and sour sauce with

pineapple, onions, peppers and sugar snap peas. Accompanied by egg

fried rice, prawn crackers and spring rolls.

Fajitas - Chicken breast with fried onions and peppers in a seasoned

fajita sauce. Accompanied by a warm tortilla wrap, cheese, salsa,

guacamole, soured cream, jalapenos, tortilla chips and spicy rice.

• Sausage & Mash - 2 butchers sausages served with creamy mashed potato, garden peas and onion gravy.

EVENING RECEPTION

BUFFET

 A selection of freshly made sandwiches, hand carved ham, variety of

cheeses, pate, pork pies, pickled onions, rustic breads. Accompanied by

chutneys, pickles and relishes.

BACON/SAUSAGE ROLLS

Crispy back bacon or a cumberland sausage served in a freshly baked buttered roll with ketchup or brown sauce.

RUSTIC WEDGES

Potato wedges topped with beef chilli, cheese, soured cream and chives.

HOG ROAST

Succulent slow cooked hog roast served in a freshly baked roll with stuffing, crackling and apple sauce.

CHIPS n’ DIPS

Chunky

chips with a selection of toppings and dips - cheese, beans, curry

sauce, crispy onions, ketchup, garlic mayo, barbeque sauce and

mayonaise.

All served on disposable plates with cutlery

glass mason jars with straws. Some popular options include Pimms or pink

lemonade.

 A selection of bite size appetizers to offer your guests upon arrival or

to fill a time gap during the day. These go well with a welcome drink.

SLUSH MACHINE

 If you’re having a summer wedding this is a delight for your guests. You

can pick 2 flavours from our list. Some popular combinations include

strawberry and blue raspberry or cherry cola and cider apple.

ICE CREAM STATION

 Mr Whippy style ice cream served in a waffle cone or tub with a selection

of toppings - chocolate flake, sprinkles, fudge pieces, marshmallows and

sauces.

TEA & COFFEE STATION

Unlimited tea and coffee for your guests.

Please contact us to check availability and discuss your requirements. We are

very accomodating and would love to hear your ideas. If you wanted to go

ahead with your booking we will send you a contract explaining all of

our terms and conditions and the information regarding your event. We

require a non-refundable 20% deposit, the remaining balance is payable 2

weeks before your big day.
