Hayling Hog Roast Packages
On the day of your event your hog will be slow cooked for around 8 hours in a purpose built confit oven. This ensures juicy succulent meat and crispy crackling. Usually your hog is partially cooked offsite, then transported to your venue where it will continue to cook for around 2 hours.
During this time we are able to set up our professional pop up kitchen. We are completely self contained, providing all of our own equipment, hand washing facilities, electric etc. You can completely relax, knowing everything is taken care of.
Once the kitchen is set up the hog will be cooked to perfection and ready to carve. Once carved, the meat is placed into chafing dishes ready to serve your guests. Serving time is around 2 hours, where guests can help themselves to an array of condiments to accompany their hog roast.
At Hayling hog roast we cater for the hearty appetite, and when your guests are fed, we pack up leaving the area clean and tidy and a happy stress free host.

The PLATINUM Package
Succulent slow cooked hog roast, served in a freshly baked roll. Accompanied by crispy crackling,sage & onion stuffing and homemade apple sauce.
An array of condiments - mustard, chilli jam and chutneys.
Warm buttered new potatoes
A selection of salads - Homemade coleslaw, tomato & mozzarella salad and green leaf salad.
A selection of 'jam jar' desserts -
Lemon drizzle cake
New York cheesecake & summer berries
